On Wednesday, 22 April 2026, Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff hosts the first of a series of exclusive seasonal dinners in partnership with Babylonstoren.

On Wednesday, 22 April 2026, Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff launches a year-long series of four exclusive seasonal dinners in partnership with Babylonstoren, one of the Cape’s oldest and most diverse working farms.

Each dinner is shaped by what is in season on the farm at that exact time, with fresh produce from the garden and wines selected by cellar master Klaas Stoffberg – making every event unique and impossible to replicate.

The autumn menu unfolds around the olive season, opening with canapés and Sprankel, our Cap Classique, before moving through seasonal dishes paired to wines from the cellar, and ending on a sweet note. Executive chef Rudi Liebenberg emphasizes a farm-to-table philosophy focused on seasonality and simplicity.

A series of evenings that, by their nature, cannot be repeated.

Part of The Westcliff’s producer dinner series, the experience is limited in capacity and priced at R1 750 per person, including wine and gratuity.
