This warm, convivial evening of fine wine, fine food and fine company will take place from 18h30 onwards at The Pavilion at The Marine. The evening begins with pre-drinks and canapes followed by a short welcome from The Marine’s general manager, Sebastian Berinato, Head Chef Tronette Dippenaar, and Peter Finlayson, the Founder of Bouchard Finlayson. The four-course menu concludes with a lucky draw where there are great prizes to be won.
