Immerse yourself in the full journey of Babylonstoren coffee – from green bean to aromatic cup.
We begin among the coffee trees in our Spice House, where you’ll learn about cultivation and processing before witnessing the magic of a live roast and the principles that shape flavour.
Then step behind the bar for a barista crash course, mastering the basics of brewing and creating your own latte art. A guided coffee cupping will introduce the four distinct coffees in our Babylonstoren blend, roasted right here on the farm. The day ends with a leisurely lunch and a delightful coffee-inspired dessert.
Please meet us at the Babylonstoren ticket office. Steaming coffee from the Farm Shop is served upon arrival.
The cost is R1600 per person and lunch at the Greenhouse Restaurant is included.
