Your evening begins with a glass of Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc - fresh, lively and perfect for setting the tone as the sun dips behind the valley. With the cellar buzzing in the background, you’ll settle into a guided tasting featuring:
- Collectors Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
- Durbanville Hills Chenin Blanc
- Durbanville Hills Merlot
- Collectors Reserve Pinotage
- And a finish of Noble Late Harvest or Potstill Brandy
