For Chef Lance Peters, food is more than just a meal—it’s a shared experience, a moment of connection. Growing up, some of his fondest memories were made around the dinner table, where there was always an extra plate for a friend or neighbour. Inspired by this tradition, our Family-Style Dining Experience transforms dining into something interactive, abundant, and welcoming.
From freshly baked Mossbolletjies and a DIY garden salad to hearty mains like lemon & herb-infused pork tenderloin, whole baked trout, and a mussel hot pot, every dish is designed to be enjoyed together. And to end on a sweet note? Warm bread & butter pudding with homemade ice cream and a decadent peppermint & chocolate trifle.
