It is that time of the year when wine estates are prepping for the season, often with casual staff joining the team. To assist the wine industry, the wine.co.za DTC Academy is presenting a “Peak Trade, Customer Service and Selling” workshop for tasting room and hospitality staff.
Working with casual staff over the peak trade period is a regular occurrence, but it results in the need for extra training, something we often do not have time for.
This year, your new (and existing) crew can join our team on Wednesday 22 November and Thursday 23 November at 18h00 for a 90-minute virtual session on service delivery in the wine industry.

To accommodate consultants with limited experience, the e-workshop is presented after hours, or on-site. Online sessions will be held on Wednesday and Thursday at 18h00 - 19h30.
