Wine & Food Tourism Conference, now in its fourth year, is set to take place at the Spier wine estate in Stellenbosch on 18 September. Its impressive panel of local and international speakers will centre their respective topics on the theme of 'Trends in Wine & Food Tourism'.

This year’s Wine & Food Tourism Conference, at Spier near Stellenbosch on 18 September, will feature South Africa’s most respected trends analyst, Dion Chang, as headline speaker. The 2019 event is themed “Trends in Wine & Food Tourism”. 

Chang’s topic will focus on the trends that are shaping tourism in South Africa, with an in-depth look at wine and food tourism sector.

Other speakers at this year’s conference include digital mastermind, Judith Lewis, considered one of the most influential people in the UK digital industry; successful entrepreneur, Alan Knott-Craig; celebrated South African chef, Bertus Basson; and Wesgro CEO, Tim Harris; to name a few.
