New Year's Eve at Brookdale Bistro

We at Brookdale Estate are ringing in 2026 in style with a 6-course menu and entertainment by Enrico from Let’s Journey Together on the eve of 31 December 2025.

The cost is R1 750 per person and includes 6 courses, a welcome drink upon arrival and a glass of MCC at midnight to bring in 2026!

The menu is as follows:

• Pani puri of smoked beetroot tartare, labneh, salsa verde
• Scallop tartar, Granny Smith apple, spring onion, and cucumber and apple jelly
• Trout mi cuit, peas, smoked mussel velouté, crisp skin
• Duck breast, vanilla cauliflower puree, blackberries, citrus gastrique
• Fillet of beef, potato pavé, fondant onion, mushroom parfait and Shiraz jus
• Chocolate, Kahlua hazelnut gelato, and grilled nectarine
• Petit fours
