Skip the kitchen stress this Christmas and join us on Spier Wine Farm. We’ve prepared gourmet picnic baskets that celebrate summer the way it should be – with good food, better company and zero fuss. Our festive baskets showcase the best of the season’s harvest, designed to be enjoyed beneath ancient oaks or along the Eerste River’s banks with loved ones.
Our festive picnics always fill up, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
The cost is R995 per adult and R350 per child under 12
Christmas menu
- Lamb sosaties: Smoked raisin chutney, medjool dates, almond dukkha
- East African chicken wings: Labneh, cashew nuts, coriander
- Cheese box: Three local cheeses, preserves, lavash crackers
- Ham hog rillette: Homemade ricotta, mint, lemon, extra virgin olive oil
- Creamy potato salad: Garden herbs, Farmer Angus egg
- Amarula tiramisu
- Christmas mince pie
