Spier Sensorial Tasting: Journey Through the Vine

As part of the Woordfees program, Spier Wine Farm is presenting a series of our sensorial tastings for you to enjoy.

Set in the private Green Room of the Spier Manor, this intimate experience invites guests to taste their way through the Creative Block range blindfolded – relying on aroma, sound, touch, texture and taste to explore varietals and three wine-paired canapés. It’s playful, a little unexpected and often surprisingly revealing – about the wines, and about yourself.
