Available exclusively on Heritage Day from 10am to 4pm, the R180 pairing puts a contemporary spin on familiar South African flavours. The heritage-inspired pizza combines grilled boerewors, chakalaka smoor, caramelised onion, fresh coriander and mozzarella, served alongside a glass of Perdeberg Cellar Pinotage.

It’s a pairing that celebrates two South African favourites, the unmistakable flavours of a traditional braai and the country’s proudly Pinotage, in one relaxed Winelands experience.
