Farm brew: Bean to cup coffee experience at Babylonstoren

Immerse yourself in the full journey of Babylonstoren coffee – from green bean to aromatic cup. We begin among the coffee trees in our Spice House, where you’ll learn about cultivation and processing before witnessing the magic of a live roast and the principles that shape flavour.

Then step behind the bar for a barista crash course, mastering the basics of brewing and creating your own latte art. A guided coffee cupping will introduce the four distinct coffees in our Babylonstoren blend, roasted right here on the farm. The day ends with a leisurely lunch and a delightful coffee-inspired dessert.

Steaming coffee from the Farm Shop is served upon arrival. Lunch at the Greenhouse Restaurant is included.
