Known for her dedication to sourcing exceptional fruit from some of the Western Cape’s finest vineyards, Catherine Marshall has focused since 2007 on working predominantly with cool-climate sites in Elgin and the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley for Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Chenin Blanc, while selecting warmer regions for her red wines. Catherine Marshall Wines joins us for an evening that celebrates the connection between great wine, thoughtful food, and the people behind it all.
Chef Marthinus Ferreira will present a seasonal sharing-style menu, carefully paired with a selection of Catherine Marshall Wines, creating an evening of elegant flavours, storytelling, and warm winter hospitality in the Stellenbosch winelands.
