The second instalment in our Winemakers Dinner series invites guests to join Diemersdal winemaker Juandré Bruwer and Chef Martin de Kock for a generous evening of classic French cuisine, carefully selected French wines and special Vinoteque releases from the Diemersdal cellar.
Guests will gather around a shared long table for a relaxed and social dining experience, celebrating good food, excellent wine and lively conversation
The Evening
Chef Martin has created a French-inspired menu featuring dishes such as garlic snails, French onion soup, beef fillet tartare, wood-fired ribeye, coq au vin and cherry clafoutis.
Juandré will guide guests through a selection of French wines, including Gewürztraminer from Alsace, Beaujolais Villages and Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie, alongside selected Diemersdal Vinoteque wines and a special barrel selection.
