Visitors can explore a selection of award-winning wines, older vintages from the Vault and special releases, while three themed winemaker's dinner evenings on 15 July, 29 July and 5 August 2026 offer guided tastings and a multi-course menu.
Three evenings, one journey
Three limited-seat evenings bring the Nederburg story to life through a guided, multi-sensory experience.
Taking place on:
- Wednesday, 15 July 2026
- Wednesday, 29 July 2026
- Wednesday, 5 August 2026
These evenings are designed as a journey – one that moves from curiosity and discovery into connection and conversation.
The experience
Guests are welcomed with a glass of Cap Classique Brut before stepping into the unknown.
Dinner of discovery
The evening begins with a blindfolded sensory tasting – an invitation to slow down and engage the senses differently.
Guests are guided through three wines and three canapés, without labels or preconceptions, allowing flavour, texture and aroma to lead the experience. It’s personal, immersive, and entirely yours to interpret.
Candlelight conversations around the dinner table
From here, the experience unfolds into a beautifully set long-table dinner, where guests gather for a shared three course meal under soft candlelight.
This is where the pace softens. Conversations deepen. Stories are shared – between guests, and with the Nederburg team and winemakers who bring each wine to life.
Thoughtfully paired courses showcase the versatility and heritage of the Nederburg portfolio, creating a dining experience that is both refined and approachable.
A table waiting
These evenings are more than a dinner – they’re an invitation to step into something new. To discover, to connect, and to explore Nederburg in a way that feels both intimate and unexpected.
The cost is R595 per person.
Because wherever you are, there’s always a table waiting for you. And this winter, it might just be in Johannesburg.
