Flagstone shares the menu for their upcoming Food and Wine Pop-Up events, taking place on 5 and 6 June 2026 at their tasting room.

Join us at the Flagstone Tasting Room between 12h00 and 15h00 on 5 and 6 June to enjoy a relaxed food-and-wine experience, featuring dishes prepared by chefs Mark and Mo and paired with Flagstone wines.

Starter

Homemade ricotta Gnudi with rocket pesto and slow roasted tomatoes (Gnudi is a Tuscan style gnocchi) - R100

Cider roast chicken ballotine with bacon, apples and sage. Served with braised red cabbage, pontiac potatoes and glazed carrots -  R175
