Every first Tuesday of the month, Blowfish partners with a celebrated Cape wine estate for an intimate 5-course pairing dinner. Each menu is crafted around the estate’s wines – Let our chef and the wine estate cellar master take you through thoughtful pairings, considered courses, and an evening worth clearing your calendar for. Amuse Bouche
A crumbed and marinated mussel, fried to golden brown, set atop a small shot of our in-house creamy mussel sauce and finished with Gremolata.
Soup
Done the classic way, so you know what the fuss is about. Topped with a cheese-drenched crouton and baked.
Salad
Fresh Namibian Hake, marinated in lime, coriander and chillies, served with a black bean salsa and grilled baby corn.
Mains
Tender beef fillet, seared in black pepper and Dijon mustard, in a delicate pastry, with caramelised red baby onions and a pomegranate Demi.
Dessert
Blowfish’s rich, baked cheesecake with a base of Dutch caramel waffle, topped with whipped coconut-caramel cream.
