An Evening with the Stars is a seated tasting of Paarl's highest award-winning wines, where you’ll have the chance to meet and spend time with ten winemakers from the Paarl Wine Route.
You’ll be seated at a table of ten, one winemaker joins your table, presents two of their award-winning wines, paired with a small plate created by Brookdale's Chef Gary. Then the winemaker rotates. And another winemaker takes their place.
So over the course of the evening you’ll taste twenty wines, enjoy ten small plates and have a chance to talk to all of the winemakers. At the end of the evening, all the wines will be available for retasting, so you can revisit your favourites.
