As evening falls over the vineyards on Saturday, 14 February 2026, Nederburg will host a romantic Valentine's dinner. Guests joining us for our Valentine’s dinner will be welcomed with freshly shucked oysters and a glass of Nederburg Cap Classique – a crisp and celebratory beginning to the night. Dinner will be served under the trees, with the option to move inside the historic Manor House should the weather call for it.
The menu offers a fresh take on some much-loved retro classics, updated with a lighter, contemporary touch.
Dinner begins with freshly baked artisanal bread, served warm with whipped butter, before moving on to a reimagined prawn cocktail. Succulent prawns are paired with a silky Marie Rose dressing, layered with fresh leaves, ripe avocado and a hint of lemon, and matched with our Nederburg Rosé.
For the main course, a flambé beef fillet mignon is expertly seared and finished tableside, offering both flavour and a sense of occasion. It’s served with Parmesan duchess potatoes and seasonal fine greens, and paired with Nederburg The Manor House Shiraz.
Dessert rounds off the evening with peaches and cream pavlova – crisp, light meringue with a soft marshmallow centre, topped with whipped cream, vanilla-scented peaches and a bright raspberry coulis.
Vegetarian options are also available.
