New Years Eve at the Brookdale Bistro

We are ringing in 2026 in style with a 6-course menu and entertainment by Enrico from Let’s Journey Together on the eve of the 31^st of December.

The cost is R1750 per person and includes 6 courses, a welcome drink upon arrival and a glass of MCC at midnight to bring in 2026!

The menu is as follows:

• Pani Puri of Smoked beetroot tartare, Labneh, Salsa Verde
• Scallop Tartar, Granny Smith Apple, spring onion and cucumber and apple jelly
• Trout Mi Cuit, Peas, smoked mussel veloute, crisp skin
• Duck breast, vanilla cauliflower puree, blackberries, citrus gastrique
• Fillet of Beef, potato Pavé, fondant onion, mushroom parfait and Shiraz jus
• Chocolate, Kahlua hazelnut gelato & grilled nectarine
• Petit Fours
