At R700 per person, guests will enjoy a 7-course sensory dining experience, inspired by the Tangram puzzle, it's seven pieces including the four natural elements: Earth, Fire, Water, and Air. Each course will explore how these elements influence the restaurant’s cuisine, the artistry of Durbanville Hills’ award-winning winemaking, and the overall guest experience.
This evening promises to be more than just dinner – it’s a curated journey through flavour, texture, and storytelling, where you complete the seventh piece of our Tangram.
