18h30 BST: The 2025 UK Sommelier of the Year is announced alongside the top performers in different areas of the competition.
You will see this year's three finalists complete the last stage of the competition and discover who will be crowned UK Sommelier of the Year 2025.

The IWSC acquired the UK Sommelier of the Year in 2024, and this year we are excited to be hosting the event for the second time.
The competition is organised in partnership with the UK Sommelier Academy, who operates and oversees the assessments. The Academy is the official UK arm of ASI and an independent, non-profit organisation.
This year's judging committee consists of some of the UK's finest, including many past winners of this competition and Master Sommeliers. They include UK Sommelier Academy officers: Romain Bourger, Head of the Technical Committee, Nicolas Clerc MS, Co-Founder and UK President and Eric Zwiebel MS Talent and Development Director.
2024 winner Philipp Reinstaller also joins this year's lineup of judges.
