The evening will feature the following exquisite pairings:
- Welcome drink: Reyneke Organic Chenin Blanc
- Reyneke Biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc: Paired with Calamari (Panko crumbed calamari, beetroot, avocado, pickled cucumber & ginger, baby spinach, kewpie mayo)
- Reyneke Reserve White: Paired with Brie (Brie, caramelised onion & cranberry phyllo cigar, wild rocket, dukkha crumble)
- Reyneke Biodynamic Syrah: Paired with Lamb (Lamb croquettes, apple puree, aubergine, apricot velouté)
- Reyneke Reserve Red: Paired with Beef (Fillet Mignon, cauliflower mash, roasted root vegetables, thyme jus)
- Reyneke Cornerstone: Paired with Pear (Pear poached in cinnamon, cardamom, saffron & star anise, toasted almonds, pistachio ice cream)
