The purpose of the 2 day course is to educate individuals and FOH teams on the fundamentals of wine theory and correct wine service. The objective is to enrich the knowledge pool of the team to promote and serve wine with confidence and professionalism, enhancing the guest experience and elevating South African wine service and hospitality.

Course Cost
R1880 per person. Includes workbook, Apeirogon certificate, lifetime access to mentorship and guidance. Exams certified by the South African Sommeliers Association (SASA). With SASA Exam - R3380.
