Fryer's Cove, in collaboration with SALT chef Craig Cormack, is bringing the flavours of the Cape West Coast to The Capital Zimbali on 11 October 2024.

Indulge in a unique experience that combines Fryer's Cove wines with the culinary expertise of the SALT chef, Craig Cormack. Witness as we take you on a journey to encapsulate the essence of the Cape West Coast, creating a truly sensory experience.

This wine pairing dinner is taking place on Friday, 11 October 2024 at Fireroom Restaurant at The Capital Zimbali Hotel in Ballito.

Chef Craig will be your guide through the diverse world of salt, sharing the secrets of numerous varieties and their ideal culinary applications, while Fryer's Cove winemaker Liza Goodwin and Jan (Ponk) van Zyl will showcase the difference 50kg of sea salt deposited onto our Bamboes Bay vineyards each year comes through in our wines.
