Every Thursday evening, join us at The Bistro at Brookdale Estate for our popular Thursday Fire and Wine evenings.
Diners will find executive chef Gary in his favourite spot behind the grill, while they sip a glass of wine and cosy up next to the central fireplace. The theme changes weekly, with dishes ranging from burgers and chips, to steaks, prawns and more, and a range of side dishes that may be added and billed as optional extras.
The relaxed mid-week dining experience centres around a delicious, uncomplicated grilled dish that is paired with a complimentary glass of wine from the Mason Road range. This includes a Shiraz; the GSM red blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Petit Syrah; as well as a Chenin Blanc and the Serendipity Rosé.
