This festival aims to celebrate the rich culinary traditions of the Western Cape, particularly focusing on the diverse and flavourful game venison dishes that the region has to offer.
The festival will not only provide a platform for local chefs and food enthusiasts to showcase their culinary skills but also attract visitors from both South Africa and abroad to experience the unique flavours of the Western Cape.
