Upon arrival, you will receive a goodie bag with a wine glass, a day permit for the trails, water, biscuits, pen and some information on the wine.
Then enjoy a 4km trail walk along the scenic Skeerpoort River and Magalies River on the Van Gaalen Trails where you will be warmly welcomed by 1 of of our 9 wine estates approximately every 500m of the way. You will be provided with the "liquid energy” required to get to the next point. Enjoy a cheese pairing at an estate with our Van Gaalen made cheese.
Halfway point gets you a light snack to replenish the intake!
At the finish, more wine and good food will be for sale along with live music.
VIP tickets include designated parking, waitron service with platters and wine in a privately sectioned off area. Batches are released every 15 min from 10h00-13h00.
It promises to be a day filled with great fun, amazing wines (over 45 different wines) and mouthwatering food. We look forward to a wine filled day!
