Sauvignon Blanc grapes thrive in the cool climate of Durbanville Hills where ocean breezes and morning mists bathe the slopes, resulting in exceptional quality grapes.
The evening starts with a welcome drink followed by canapé pairings at various stations, followed by paired main and dessert at The Tangram restaurant.
Taste six Sauvignon Blancs throughout the evening ranging from sparkling to reserve and a blend.
