The Apeirogon Youth Development Academy's Introductory Sommelier is an intense two-day course. By the end of the course, each participant would develop competency in wine theory basics; fundamentals of wine service etiquette; wine assessment; foundations of food and wine pairing; interacting with guests; wine regions and other beverages.
Each participant receives a workbook to keep and a Recognition of Completion Certificate. SASA will provide each participant with Membership and upon passing the exam, an Introductory Sommelier pin and Certificate.
