The Manor Restaurant at Nederburg is pulling out all the stops for a romantic soirée this Valentine's Day, with pristine seasonal ingredients that celebrate the harvest currently underway. Think authentic South African fare with a luxurious, modern infusion of flavours.
The Dinner Soirée will feature a four-course menu marked by fresh seasonality and opulence. Relish a succulent West Coast oyster on arrival with a glass of Nederburg MCC, followed by a starter of steak tartare or panko-crumbed burrata. The main course also features a choice between meat or vegetarian options – grilled ostrich fillet or forest mushroom ragu with sumptuous side dishes. The dessert pairing of rich chocolate torte and mousse with Van Rhyn's 12-year Potstill Brandy, will end the meal on a lingering note.
Diners can also opt for expert wine pairings with all the dishes on the menu.
Live instrumental music will provide a romantic soundtrack for the evening.
