Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breathwork, movement, and dance.
Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and we invite everyone to dress comfortably with a touch of white to symbolize peace.
This is a charity event to raise funds for the Ingelosi Foundation in support of their mission, which is to sponsor the training of a yoga instructor who comes from communities that have not had the benefit of this form of exercise.
We believe that this initiative not only empowers individuals but that it will also create a positive ripple effect in their communities.
