For Heritage Month, join chef Nic van Wyk at Bosman Hermanus as he breathes fresh ideas into our beloved South African cuisine.

Chef Nic van Wyk, from Kokkedoor fame, will demonstrate his unique approach to heritage dishes, going back to age-old traditions and simple pantry staples from your grandmother’s pantry, while demonstrating processes step-by-step and arming you with all the recipes to recreate his dishes at home for your friends and family.

This cooking workshop will take place on the morning of Thursday 1 September at The Frame House at Bosman Hermanus.
