The evening starts with an informal tasting of Glenelly Estate flagship wines offered by Nicolas Bureau, GM of Glenelly, and winemaker Luke O’Cunnineagain: The Glenelly Estate Reserve Chardonnay 2014 and 2019, as well as the 5 star Platter winners, Glenelly Estate Lady May 2010 and 2014, will be served with canapés.
The 5-course dinner menu below, planned by Christophe Dehosse and The Vine Bistro team, is designed to pair with the Burgundies from top-class producers, from the classic 2017 vintage. Each course and wine will be presented by Christophe and Remington.
