Head Chef, Kayla-Ann Osborn, and Sommelier, Zwakele Gumede, will be curating a seasonal, local menu to match the remarkable character of the featured wines. The Springfield Estate is set in the mountain-ringed Robertson Valley. This family-run estate with its rocky soils are tended by brother-and-sister team Abrie and Jeanette Bruwer. Using a combination of sometimes risky winemaking techniques, traditional methods and modern technology, along with dogged determination, the Bruwer family handcraft wine true to its motto: Made on Honour.
