Katinka will host an informative evening where she will explain the principles of food and wine pairing in an interactive environment. The first session will focus on our 5 taste sensations. Pair these taste sensations with wine to reveal what works well and what clashes on your palate. The second session will focus on more complex dishes. With a plate of delicious bites from the kitchen, and using your new-found knowledge, taste and discuss to find your best food and wine match.
The cost includes tastings of 6 different wines, two plates of food samples and the priceless tutelage of Katinka van Niekerk.
