From May through October, book your seat at one of Spier Wine Farm's Winemakers' Dinners at Veld in Spier Hotel. Escape the cold and gather in an intimate restaurant setting on the last Friday of each month to meet the people behind the wines.
Enjoy a glass of welcome bubbles, followed by a seasonal four-course menu with wine pairings and coffee, hosted by one of our winemakers.
The Chef Partnership winemakers' dinner on 30 October 2026 is a celebration of pasture-to-plate philosophy. Chefs Hennie, PJ and Craig each contribute their signature dishes, closing the season with beef, oxtail and bone marrow.
