There’s something truly special about gathering around good food and wine – especially when it’s cold outside. Spier Wine Farm's 2025 Winemaker’s Dinner Series once again opens the doors to the beautifully restored Spier Manor for six intimate evenings with the people who walk the vineyards and work in the cellar vintage after vintage.

Limited to just 22 guests seated at one long table, each dinner focuses on a single grape variety showcased in all its versatile forms. Each varietal voyage is paired with a four-course meal drawing inspiration from the farm’s seasonal bounty, much of it sourced directly from our farm.

She’ll pour bubbles that range from our crisp, refreshing Brut to the delicate blush of our Rosé, all the way to the pinnacle of our craft – the limited Prestige Cuvée that spends years developing its remarkable complexity.

To match these effervescent expressions, we’re bringing the best of the West Coast to your plate with a menu that celebrates where land meets sea. Expect inventive surf and turf creations alongside house-fermented vegetables and pickles that bring bright, zippy notes to complement the wines.
