The evening begins with a welcoming glass of MCC and an amuse-bouche, followed by a specially curated four-course dinner.
Choose between baked Adam figs with brie, biltong, and balsamic reduction or a refreshing yellowfin tuna ceviche to start. For mains, indulge in a flavourful duo of lamb or our much-loved seared rainbow trout, before ending on a sweet note with a decadent chef’s trio of Belgian chocolate.
Each experience is perfectly paired with a bottle of Alto Rouge 2023 and priced at R1200 per couple.
