Award-winning radio personality Amore Bekker is coming to Groote Post with her self-written one-woman show, Bacchus tot Bekker. Amore has a deep passion for drinking (good) wine, eating and entertaining
From papsak to Pinotage, Chardonnay to Chenin Blanc, Bacchus tot Bekker is a celebration of the joy of wine and good company. Expect a little wine history that might just surprise you, before Amore takes a delightful detour past the wedding where water famously turned into wine.
We explore the tell-tale signs of a wine snob and uncover the ABC of wine tasting. After this, you’ll never again drink a glass of red wine with a fly in it and you certainly won’t be ordering the second-cheapest bottle on a restaurant wine list.
