As part of the cellar's participation in Shiraz South Africa's Seven Days of Shiraz & Venison campaign, the cellar will be offering a buffet meal prepared by Chef Rob Hahn from Eat @ Perdeberg restaurant.
The meal will consist of:
Venison Pie
Venison Shoulder Ragu with Pappardelle pasta and parmesan
Venison "frikadelle" and Chakalaka
Green beans
In celebration of the recent release of Perdeberg's new The Dry Land Collection Fortitude Fortified Chenin Blanc, each guest will be able to enjoy a glass upon arrival
The evening will be spiced up with music from 60's Plus, a local dance orchestra
