• Creamed snoek paté served in a phyllo basket
• Wild mushroom salad with baby herbs
• Pulled lamb tarte tatin served with balsamic glazed onion and a garden salad
Palate cleanser - Rose sorbet with mint
Mains - your choice of one of the following:
• Roast beef medallions, deep fried maize chips, tomato and onion ragout and creamed spinach
• Lime pickled chicken satay served with couscous salsa and yoghurt raita
• Tagliatelle pasta served with Slow roasted, Pinotage reduced cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and pecorino shavings
Desserts - your choice of one of the following:
• Chocolate roulade served with seasonal mixed berry compote and chantilly cream
• Cheesecake served with rooibos gooseberry compote
