The annual Winemakers and Distillers Mass will be at Saint Nicholas Catholic Church in Paul Kruger Street, Stellenbosch on Thursday 24th January at 11.00 hrs.
Please note that lunch will be at the Devon Valley Hotel. A change from the past many years.
The Hotel has an excellent wine list to choose from. However, if you want to drink your own wine please feel free to bring to bring same. The meal and wines from their list will be for your own account.
As ever, the collection will go to the Stellenbosch Hospice.
Most winemakers and distillers bring a bottle or more to the church to go into the basket at the entrance to the church. These donations will go up to the alter with the Offertory Procession. These bottles get shared with the clergy after Mass.
As ever there will be an interesting Homily.
