Our various winter workshops will not only improve your culinary and food knowledge and skills but will also give you the opportunity to enjoy our farm. Our weekend workshops include a two-night farm stay, Saturday dinner at The Werf Restaurant and breakfast Saturday and Sunday on the farm.

Mushroom foraging weekend

Justin Williams' path into fungi began at the age of 10 where he quickly learned the importance of harvesting only safe mushrooms. Now twenty - one years later, the forager will take you on a journey to uncover the secret world of mushroom.
