This intimate masterclass-style tasting will compare wines from two estates situated on opposite ends of Stellenbosch – Waterford Estate and Remhoogte Wine Estate – showcasing how site, climate, soil, and approach influence the final wines in the glass.
While both producers call Stellenbosch home, the styles and identities of the wines tell very different stories. Hosted by the makers and growers themselves, the evening promises an in-depth and engaging journey into what makes each estate unique, offering guests rare insight into the vineyards, philosophies, and decisions that shape the wines.
The experience will include a three-course dinner, designed to complement the evening without formally pairing each course to the wines, allowing the tasting journey itself to remain the focus.
