Inspired by Kathy's Greek heritage, we have chosen her favourite home cooked meals to enjoy alongside Gary’s wines.
Upon arrival you’ll find the tables laden with freshly baked horiatiko psomi (country style bread) with potato and garlic skordolia, Jordan Estate olive tapenade and baked feta psiti.
Starters: Warm roasted tomato and chestnut soup.
Followed by: Slow roasted Kleftiko (shoulder of lamb) with aromatic herbs and spices.
Ample sides of lemon potatoes with oregano and parsley, Kolokithokeftedes (zucchini fritters) and fresh, crisp Greek salad with a balsamic vinaigrette, served with tzatziki.
To end off, aromatic yoghurt cake with Cognac syrup topped with a baklava parcel, tea & coffee.
