COURSE OUTLINE:
The Diploma course comprises of 4 modules. On completion of Module 1, further modules can be completed in any order, over a 2 to 4 year period. The course is partly self-study. Each module requires that 3 course assignments be submitted, and concludes with a 3 hour written theory examination.
Module 1: Global Wine Production
Module 2: Wines of France
Module 3: Wines of the Old World (excludes France)
Module 4: Wines of the New World
Once the 4 modules have been successfully completed, a candidate qualifies to sit the Diploma Tasting examination, which will include both local and imported wines.
